Angel Heart Surrogacy

Matching

A good match is agreement on the hard questions, made in advance.

Matching is not a catalogue. We introduce you to surrogates whose screening is complete and whose views on the decisions that matter most already align with yours, then let you meet before anyone commits.

What we align on

The conversations that should happen before a match, not after.

Both you and every surrogate answer the same detailed questions. We only introduce you when your answers fit.

Embryo transfer

How many embryos will be transferred, and how many transfers she is willing to undergo. Single embryo transfer is the medical standard we follow unless your physician advises otherwise.

Difficult outcomes

Views on testing during pregnancy and on termination or selective reduction if a serious medical issue arises. These must align completely. We never leave them to chance.

Communication

How often you will speak, how you will share scans and news, whether you attend appointments, and what contact you hope for after the birth.

The birth

Who is in the delivery room, who holds your baby first, and whether she will provide breast milk if you would like it.

Your family

Every surrogate tells us which families she hopes to carry for. Many choose to carry for LGBTQ+ parents or single parents specifically.

Distance and travel

Where she lives, where she will deliver, and how that fits with the law in her state and your ability to travel.

How it works

Four steps, and nobody is rushed.

  1. 01

    Profiles

You read her profile. She reads yours.

Her profile includes her story, her family, her pregnancies, her screening results summary, and her answers on transfer, testing, communication and the birth.
  2. 02

    Introduction

A video introduction, hosted by us

Usually an hour. Your coordinator is present to keep the conversation easy and to make sure the important questions are asked.
  3. 03

    A few days

    Time to think

Neither side answers on the call. Each of you tells us privately, within a few days, whether you would like to proceed.
  4. 04

    Confirmed

The match is confirmed only when you both say yes

Then your match fee is due, and medical clearance, counseling and contracts begin.

What your surrogate is told

She deserves to know exactly who she is carrying for.

Before a surrogate accepts a match, she learns who you are, where you live, and whether you have any other surrogacy journeys underway, with Angel Heart Surrogacy or anyone else. You confirm this in writing. We will not introduce parents who decline to share it.

We believe this protects you too. A surrogate who chose you with full knowledge is a partner, and the relationship begins on honest ground.

Our match commitment

A match within 9 months, or your retainer back.

If we have not presented a fully screened surrogate to you within 9 months of signing with us, you may end your agreement and we will refund your program retainer, less a small amount that covers work already done on your file.

If your surrogate is not medically cleared by your clinic after you match, we introduce you to another surrogate at no additional agency fee.

Tell us about the family you are building.
