Angel Heart Surrogacy

Gestational surrogacy · United States

A family, carried with care.

Angel Heart Surrogacy introduces intended parents to the women who have chosen to carry for them, and looks after both through every month that follows. Our fees are published. Surrogate compensation is held by an independent escrow company. Our commitments are in writing.

The Angel Heart Surrogacy Standard

Surrogacy asks for a great deal of trust. We think it should be earned in writing.

Before you sign anything, you can read exactly what we promise, what we charge, and where every dollar goes.

We never hold surrogate compensation.
A licensed, bonded, independent escrow company does. Angel Heart Surrogacy has no ownership in it and no control over it.
Every fee is published.
Our fee, what surrogates are paid, and the costs of clinics, attorneys and insurance are on this site before you ever speak to us.
Surrogates know who they carry for.
Before she accepts a match, a surrogate learns who the parents are, where they live, and how many other surrogacy journeys they have underway.
A match within 9 months, or your retainer back.
If we have not presented a surrogate to you within 9 months of signing, you may leave and we refund your retainer, less $1,500 for work already done.

The journey

Fifteen to twenty months, from first call to coming home.

Most journeys follow the same five chapters. We tell you how long each one usually takes, and what can make it longer.
The journey, month by month
  1. 01

    Weeks 1–3

    Consultation and sign-up

A private conversation about your family, your embryos, your timeline and your budget. If Angel Heart Surrogacy is right for you, we build your profile together.
  2. 02

    Months 1–4

    Matching

We present surrogates whose screening is already complete and whose hopes fit yours. You meet by video before anyone commits.
  3. 03

    Months 3–6

    Medical clearance and contracts

Your clinic clears her medically. Two independent attorneys negotiate the agreement. Escrow is funded. Insurance is confirmed.
  4. 04

    Months 5–15

    Transfer and pregnancy

Embryo transfer, confirmation of a heartbeat, then about nine months of care. Your coordinator checks in with both of you throughout.
  5. 05

    Birth and after

    Birth, parentage and home

Your parentage order is in place before delivery wherever the law allows. You are at the hospital. We stay in touch with her through recovery.

What it costs

Most journeys cost $130,000 to $235,000.

That range includes everything: your surrogate's compensation, the clinic, both attorneys, insurance, escrow and our fee. It excludes creating embryos, if you don't already have them.

For the women who carry

Your health, your family and your time come first. We put that in your contract.

A surrogate with Angel Heart Surrogacy has her own attorney, chosen by her and paid for by the parents. She has a coordinator from application through recovery, access to a licensed counselor, and health and life insurance for the length of her journey.

Base compensation starts at $55,000 for a first journey, paid monthly from a funded escrow account once a heartbeat is confirmed. Allowances, lost wages and travel are paid on top.

Screening

Every surrogate is screened before you see her profile.

We review her obstetric records, run background checks on her and every adult in her home, and arrange a psychological evaluation with a licensed professional. We follow the American Society for Reproductive Medicine’s guidance on who should carry, and we tell you where we go further.

So when a profile reaches you, the question is fit, not whether she qualifies.

Begin with a conversation.

A consultation is private, unhurried and free. We will answer every question you bring, including the ones about money. Angel Heart Surrogacy works with intended parents who live in the United States.
