Financial protection
We never hold your surrogate's money. That is the point.
Most of the surrogacy fraud cases prosecuted in the United States share one feature: the agency held client money itself, or secretly controlled the company that did. Angel Heart Surrogacy is structured so that cannot happen.

Our rules
Five rules we do not bend.
Independent escrow, always
Licensed and bonded
You see every transaction
Paid to the contract
Our fee is separate
How escrow works
From deposit to final statement.
01
After contracts
The account is opened
Once your gestational carrier agreement is signed, the escrow company opens an account in your name and sends you a fund management agreement and deposit instructions.02
Before medications
You fund it
You deposit the amount your contract requires, usually most of the expected compensation and expenses, before your surrogate begins medications. Some escrow companies allow staged deposits.03
Throughout
Your surrogate is paid on schedule
Her monthly compensation begins once a heartbeat is confirmed. Allowances, milestone payments and reimbursements are paid as they occur, with receipts.04
After the birth
The account is reconciled
Final payments are made, the account is reconciled, and any unused balance is returned to you.
Protecting your transfers
Wire fraud is the most common way families lose money. It is also preventable.
- Our bank details appear once, in your signed services agreement. They will never change by email.
- Before any wire, call us on the number in your agreement, never a number in an email, and confirm the details aloud.
- Escrow deposit instructions come from the escrow company, through its portal. Confirm them with the escrow company by phone before sending.
- If an email ever asks you to pay somewhere new or urgently, stop. Call us. It is not from us.
