LGBTQ+ parents
Your family, recognized fully, from the first day.
Many of the surrogates who apply to Angel Heart Surrogacy tell us they hope to carry for a gay couple or a queer family. We match you with women who have chosen that, and plan your journey so that both parents are recognized in law from the moment of birth.

Decisions along the way
What gay fathers and queer couples usually plan for.
An egg donor
Most two-father families work with an egg donor, through a donor agency, an egg bank or a known donor. The donor and the surrogate are two different women. We will help you find the right egg donation program if you have not chosen one.
Whose sperm
Some couples create embryos with one partner, some with both and alternate, and some mix. Your clinic will explain the options; we will explain how each affects timing, cost and matching.
Twins, or two journeys
Transferring two embryos to have a child from each father increases medical risk for your surrogate and your babies. Most clinics now recommend one embryo at a time. Some families plan two journeys, together or in sequence.
Both parents on the birth certificate
In supportive states, a court order names both of you as parents, regardless of genetics or marriage. Where the law is less settled, we plan the birth state with your attorney.
Trans and nonbinary parents
Parentage orders and birth certificates can reflect your family as it is. Tell us what matters to you, and we will make sure your attorney, clinic and hospital all know.
A surrogate who chose you
Every surrogate tells us, in writing, which families she hopes to carry for. You will only be introduced to women who want to carry for a family like yours.
